Subfloor Preparation for Cork Flooring

For the best results, cork flooring must be installed on a clean, dry, flat, and level subfloor.Concrete: fully cured, moisture-tested, and protected with a damp proof membrane if required.
Wooden floors: secure, even, and free of gaps or movement. Plywood may be added for a smooth surface.
Existing hard floors: tiles or vinyl are fine if sound and level.
Cork should be acclimatised for 48 hours in the room before installation. Proper preparation ensures a stable, long-lasting, and comfortable floor
