Delivery Information

TimberZone.co.uk offers standard delivery for all products within 1 to 5 working days, subject to location and courier availability. We will advise you of approximate delivery lead times at the time of order when possible. Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You may indicate your preferred delivery day when selecting your products (excluding free deliveries). We will contact you to confirm if the requested date is feasible or offer an alternative convenient time.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery based on the order value, product type, location, and availability to most of the UK, excluding Scotland, Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall, and Wales. For orders below the free delivery threshold, the following charges apply:

London and Essex: £60.00 + VAT
Cumbria, Devon, Cornwall: £95.00 + VAT
Other areas in England and Wales: £95.00 + VAT
Scotland: £105.00 + VAT
Northern Ireland: £105.00 + VAT

We also offer a Warehouse Collection option. If you choose this, you can pick up your order from our warehouse in London. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Next day delivery can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to stock and location. Please note, next day delivery is unavailable for weekend or bank holiday orders.

If you need to store your order for more than 1 week, a storage charge of £10 + VAT per week will apply per pallet.

Delivery Conditions

Kerbside Delivery: Deliveries are made to the kerbside at the nearest accessible point to your address. The driver cannot assist in moving products inside. Please arrange for help to offload your goods.
Access for Large Vehicles: If your delivery address may be inaccessible to a large vehicle, please inform us at the time of order to avoid delivery delays.
Delivery Timing: While we cannot specify an exact delivery time, we offer the option of AM/PM delivery for an additional £35 + VAT, or Saturday delivery for £65 + VAT.
Re-Delivery Charges: If a delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable or fail to provide sufficient assistance to offload, a re-delivery charge of £70 + VAT will apply. Additional charges may apply if the original delivery had a surcharge.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse the delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred due to the refusal, including re-delivery or return charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

We make every effort to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Upon delivery:

Inspect your goods: Verify the quantities and condition of the items.
Note any discrepancies: If items are missing or damaged, ensure this is documented on the delivery receipt.
Report immediately: Do not let the driver leave without inspecting the delivery. If there are issues, report them to the courier and contact our customer care team at 020 8346 0968 or info@timberzone.co.uk.

Important: Claims for damaged or missing items cannot be accepted if signed for as "clear," "unchecked," or "in good condition." Ensure you check the delivery thoroughly before accepting it.
