TZB17 Engineered Wood Flooring | North London

Bespoke Engineered Oak Specs + Enquiry
This bespoke engineered oak option is designed for projects where the flooring needs to respond to real-life constraints: phased refurbishments, mixed substrates, stair details, thresholds and colour-matching to existing spaces, not just a simple open square room.

On many London projects the brief is not just “new floor” but “how do we tie the new extension, hallway and upper levels together without it feeling pieced together?”. This specification is built around that type of requirement, allowing you to adjust board scale, tone and grade so the floor links older rooms with newly constructed areas in a deliberate way.
